These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern mobile locksmith services provided by Turbo Locksmith Foxborough ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our technicians by phone, in person, or via our website at turbolocksmithfoxborough.com, you agree to these operational standards and agreements.

1. Service Authorization & Ownership Verification

To uphold public safety and comply with Commonwealth of Massachusetts regulations, clients requesting lock opening, cylinder changes, or car key origination must provide verifiable proof of authorization before service begins:

• Residential Services: Valid government-issued photo ID matching the property address, rental lease agreement, or closing settlement statement.
• Automotive Services: Driver's license matching current vehicle registration title or valid insurance card.
• Commercial Services: Business credentials, property lease documentation, or corporate identification confirming authority to authorize hardware modifications.

Technicians reserve the right to decline service if valid authorization cannot be verified.

2. Mobile Dispatch & Arrival Windows

When you contact our dispatch desk, our dispatcher provides an estimated arrival window based on current technician location and regional traffic along Route 1, I-95, and I-495 corridors. We communicate promptly if weather conditions or unexpected transit delays affect the scheduled arrival.

3. Pricing Quotes & Payment Terms

We provide transparent price breakdowns before starting any physical work. Pricing consists of standard service call fees plus itemized labor and parts. All balances are due upon completion of services rendered. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and cash. An itemized invoice receipt is issued for every transaction.

4. Non-Destructive Opening Policy

Technicians prioritize non-destructive entry techniques such as lock picking, bump methods, or bypass tools whenever feasible. If a lock mechanism has experienced internal mechanical failure or tampering that necessitates drilling the cylinder plug, the technician explains the condition and receives client approval prior to drilling.

5. Hardware Warranty

Newly installed commercial and residential lock hardware supplied by Turbo Locksmith Foxborough includes manufacturer component warranties against internal defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from physical abuse, unauthorized third-party tampering, door warping, or severe structural shifts.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate court within Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
